Housing Information
The conference will be held at the The Resort at the Mountain, Welches Oregon, USA. Welches is very near the base of Mt. Hood. The Resort is 42 miles (about one hour) from Portland International airport (PDX). Their website is: www.theresort.com
The FOMMS 2012 room block is open for reservations. You can call their toll-free number: 877-439-6774 or 530-622-3101. Please ask for the FOMMS 2012 room block (Group Code: ?????). OR you can go online and make your reservations directly.
$149/night + $12/night resort fee for both single and double occupancy.
The resort fee covers guestroom Internet, use of fitness center, pool, Jacuzzi, and various sports equipment onsite.
The cut-off date for reservations is: Tuesday, July 3, 2012.
Check-in time is 1:00 pm and Check-out time is: 12:00 pm.
Rates are available from Wednesday, July 22 to Thursday, July 26. The rates are also available for three days prior and three days after these dates based upon hotel availability.
Hotel Room Tax - 7%
